As a Community and Camp Promotions Chair it requires a lot of time for planning events and community engagement, as well as instructing multiple groups of leaders to head service projects and community engagement with parents and children. This also includes continued training and education for yourself and your leaders. As a strong leader I strive for the best in performance and communications with my leaders and parents.
