Logo Design Reproduction & Digital Print
A friend approached me for assistance with enhancing the design and print quality of the Shot Tracker logo for a friend’s business. They expressed concerns about the limitations of their previous printing service, prompting them to seek my help both in redesigning the logo and in facilitating digital printing. I readily agreed to assist.
To begin, I requested images of the existing printed output and the original logo layout from my friend. After a thorough analysis, I determined that the logo required reworking to improve its quality and adaptability for print.
I utilized a combination of software tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDraw, to meticulously recreate each element of the design. Once the redesign was complete, I prepared the files for digital output by adding contour cuts and punch-outs, as well as registration and cut marks.
For the printing process, I employed a 54" eco-solvent printer alongside a 72" pro plotter for precise contour cutting. The final result was met with enthusiasm from both my friend and the owner of Shot Tracker, who were exceptionally pleased with the clarity, sharpness, and overall quality of the printed output.

Layout Design
I created this project as an inspirational design for myself and the individuals I assist with my volunteer work. The butterfly is representative of leaving the old life behind and changing into a new stronger person. When individuals have health issues, they can refer to their life prior to the issue as their “A” life. Their “B” life is while they are sick and then the “C” life is life after. It is a reminder that a person has come so far and they have made it through to the other side. This project required me to sketch several drafts and create many comps before figuring out where I wanted to go with my project. Once I was inspired by the direction I wanted to take, I then had to start laying it out in Adobe Illustrator. I created the C-Life lettering from shapes and went through multiple fonts for the "Living The" until it came together cohesively. Then I focused on the butterfly until I was satisfied with the placement, colors and size of the overall result. Once I was satisfied with that stage, I focused on the background image until everything went together in this inspired design.

I combined all of my elements together in Adobe Illustrator. After assembling all components, I researched Facebook's size specifications to ensure accurate placement and dimensions. I then completed the design.

Tri-Fold Brochure
This project involved the design of a brochure for a fictitious City Zoo, highlighting my abilities in graphic design and layout. The brochure was designed as a tri-fold, a popular format that allows for an engaging presentation of information while ensuring ease of navigation for the viewer.
In the development of this project, I undertook comprehensive research on ticket prices, as well as current and upcoming exhibits, to ensure that the content was both relevant and informative. This foundational knowledge enabled me to craft a compelling narrative that effectively showcases the zoo's offerings.
Through this project, I was able to demonstrate my design skills and proficiency in several industry-standard software programs, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. My experience with InDesign was particularly instrumental in creating the multi-panel layout, allowing for a seamless flow of information. I utilized grid systems and guidelines to ensure alignment and consistency throughout the brochure, enhancing readability and visual appeal.
Incorporating striking visuals was a key aspect of the layout. I leveraged Adobe Illustrator to design custom graphics and icons that complemented the overall theme of the zoo, while Photoshop was used to edit high-quality images that captured the essence of the exhibits. By combining text and imagery thoughtfully, I was able to create a dynamic visual hierarchy that guides the reader’s attention through each section of the brochure.
Additionally, I implemented various design principles such as contrast, balance, and alignment to create a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing layout. The color scheme was carefully chosen to reflect the vibrant and lively atmosphere of the zoo, enhancing the overall appeal of the brochure.
Overall, this tri-fold brochure project not only showcases my technical skills and creativity but also illustrates my ability to apply a range of design techniques to achieve a professional and engaging final product

Mood Board
This mood board project was crafted to evoke a sense of relaxation, showcasing my design skills and creative vision. A mood board serves as a visual representation of concepts and ideas, and in this case, I aimed to curate elements that collectively convey a serene and calming atmosphere.
To accomplish this, I conducted in-depth research into various aspects that elicit feelings of tranquility. This included exploring color palettes, textures, imagery, and typography that are commonly associated with relaxation. I focused on selecting soft, muted colors such as pastels and earth tones, which have been proven to create a calming effect.
In terms of layout, I employed principles of visual hierarchy to guide the viewer's eye across the mood board. By thoughtfully arranging the elements, I created a balanced composition that draws attention to the most significant components while maintaining an overall sense of harmony. I utilized grids and alignment techniques to ensure that each element—be it text, image, or color swatch—was placed in a way that contributed to the cohesive theme of calmness.
In addition to traditional elements, I incorporated various textures and patterns that evoke a sense of comfort and peace, such as serene landscape images, gentle water scenes, and backgrounds. These textual elements were carefully selected and arranged to provide depth and tactile visual interest to the board.
Typography played a key role in communicating the mood as well. I chose fonts that are elegant yet understated, avoiding overly bold or aggressive typefaces to maintain the overall sense of relaxation. The interplay between the typography and visual elements was designed to create a seamless flow, ensuring that the viewer feels the intended emotions upon engagement with the board.
Ultimately, this mood board not only serves as a testament to my design expertise but also highlights my ability to synthesize diverse elements into a harmonious visual experience that successfully projects feelings of calm and relaxation.

Album Art
This project involved the design of a CD cover, which showcases my creativity through the intentional selection of backgrounds, color schemes, and song choices. The design was meticulously crafted to create a visual representation that aligns with the auditory experience of the album.
In developing the layout for the CD cover, I began by conceptualizing the theme and mood of the music. Each background element was carefully chosen to reflect the essence of the songs included within the album. I explored various graphic styles and imagery, ensuring that all components were not only aesthetically pleasing but also cohesive with the overall artistic direction.
Utilizing Adobe Illustrator, I created custom graphics and visual elements that adorned the cover. The use of vector graphics allowed for precision and scalability, ensuring that the artwork remained crisp and clear regardless of the size. I focused on employing a balanced composition where elements flowed seamlessly together, using techniques like layering and transparency to add depth and visual interest.
In addition to the graphic design, I utilized Adobe Photoshop for photo editing and manipulation, enhancing the backgrounds and adjusting colors to achieve the desired emotional tone. This blend of Illustrator and Photoshop capabilities enabled me to create a rich tapestry of visuals that complement the song choices.
To ensure the final product maintained the proper shape and dimensions, I provided detailed bleed specifications and cutting instructions. This step was crucial in the physical production of the CD cover, ensuring that the design was executed accurately and that no critical elements were compromised during printing.
Furthermore, I organized the song selections to align with the artistic design, creating a narrative that guided the listener through an immersive auditory journey. The arrangement of song titles on the cover was carefully considered; I implemented principles of typography, ensuring that the font choices were legible while enhancing the overall aesthetic. The typography was selected to resonate with the mood of the music, reinforcing the visual themes presented in the artwork.
Finally, Adobe InDesign was employed to compile and finalize all elements into a cohesive layout suitable for print. The use of InDesign allowed me to manage the page hierarchy effectively, ensuring that the artwork, song list, and any additional information were presented in a clean and organized manner.
Overall, this CD cover project demonstrates not only my creativity but also my proficiency in applying layout techniques and design software to create a compelling and visually striking final product that resonates with the intended audience.
